I know this is not going to do any good to those who're still in Reichenshock, but just imagine how C. Doyle's readers must have felt when they oppened their newspapers (The Salt Lake City Herald, December 2, 1894), and found this article underlining that Sherlock Holmes was never to rise again and why this was a good thing?
